Simpsons lunchbox by its side.
Neon handmade flier for the Halloween dance folded in a triangle,
Someone wrote “$10 for two if we wear costumes :)”,
Used as a bookmark in a French Level 1 textbook.
Sitting next to the ripped open box from Amazon,
Thing 1 and Thing 2,
Matching tees.
A hopeful yet nervous request,
“Dad, can I borrow $7.52?”
